Huizen, 1 April 2006

To the chairman of the Dutch parliament mr. F.W. Weisglas (conservative Party: VVD)

Dear mister Weisglas,

The European members of Parliament earn (… is obtain not better ??) a basic income of approx. € 7000 per month (also during a reces and other free periods, so a visit to a "food bank" is not directly in the line of expectations.

On a basis of equality of treatment in the Eropean Union it is no less than fair that the proposal of Secretary of State mr. Van Hoof in its full meaning should be supported, understanding that purchasing pariteit is used to achieve an honest reward for labour. Therefore it must be possible (in competition with European members of parliament and managers of hospitals and privatised utilities and monopolistic companies) to allow people from the new countries within the EU, just as S.s. Van Hoof argues for all other employees from the new Member States, to compete an the same basis as other workers. Of course they must speak, read and write our language well, which speaks for itself. It is totally unacceptable that only ministers, secretaries of state, members of parliament and managers of privatised institutions are rewarded in a protectionist environment in a globalising market withe free competition in the European Union. They mustbe treated uqually like in all man and woman. See the following videos

This will invoke that all salaries of ministers, secretaries of state and members of parliament will be deminished by a factor of 2.4. Expressed in terms of money the basic income (so called indemnity) of a Member of parliament of € 7000 at the moment must be reduced by the factor 2.4 for the difference of the purchasing paritity between Poland and the Netherlands. That will result in a new indemnity for members of parliament (according to the Bolkestein directive and the Lissabon Treaty) of € 2916 gross per month, which is propagated by the conservative party of the VVD.

This ajustment of purchasing parity can be a solution to channel migration of labour in the EU, and stop the selling out of industrial productioncapacity because of the differences of purchasing power, in order to protect against undermining forces in the open and free market. Unlimited international competition can be prevented with regard to remuneration costs with PPT (Purchasing Parity Tax). Such a weighed and ajustable tax levy at the border of each eurocountry must be levied under European legislation which is based on the derogatory purchasing power parities between the countries concerned.

cost of labour per country - - - - - May 2005 - - - - - - - inflation per country

That PPT levy at the borders, which do not obstruct the exchange of goods and passengers, but will compensate exclusively the unbalance between regional purchasing power levels must be regulated by the European Commission. This implies that employers in the rich countries of the European Union always must pay at least the western minimum wage with a high remuneration level to the employees wherever they come from. But the net disbursement to an employee from the low agelonenregio who works here with regard to purchasing power equal is to those of the country where the employee lives, therefore on room level. The brutoloon for a Polish employee becomes then as such is paid that these (12,700/30,500 = 2.4 is the purchasing power factorpurchasing power factor) the brutominimumloon of € 1272.60, however, deserves, but that this remunerations are split up in two parts. , as it happens, the paid part what results in € 530 per month (apart from the costs of housing, transport etc.) and a Second part which must be worn out to the European structural fund. Superior above € 530 until the gross minimum wage of € 1272.60 must be worn out monthly that fund.

The Netherlands, but European countries also other, can let the contribution as a result, to the budget of the European Commission adapt, so that the difference in nettobetaling to the community can be regulated more equitably and more moderate, on which minister Zalm in Brussels has insisted this way strong. The financing of the advancement of is possible the infrastructure and the adaptation to the European economic averages then with labour and production of migration workers help indirectly to the country of origin and with its own people. What here in the rich west lags behind production is which they make for our prosperity. By means of KPF-afdracht the available financial resources for the European structural fund help to the countries of residence of the migratory workers; and that is honestly and desirable. The new countries do not become as a result, wingewesten for the shareholders of multinationals and for the labour agreements and employment in the west of Europe. Almost everyone satisfied….!!

Press on our labour market and other rich countries (high remunerations and high prices) will decrease as a result, because much less people from the east will come to the west, because one can gold-been affected by marginal blight no longer only deserve as a pole, Bulgaar or Rumanian for itself a purchasing power income for in the thuisland. Best and healthiest people in the new countries can build then direct and indirectly their own country. Labour migration is with that no more problem, although it is certain that the multinationals will protest are able get against each inperking eersteklas workers (because of not corrected koopkrachtpariteit) for a minimum wage here to the work with a modern type of trafficking in human beings.

With those structural funds the economic adaptations in the new countries can be financed. A higher payment to migratory workers then the minimum wage is no objection, because it also for the local employees a guarantee offers on a good reward for their labour above the lowest remunerations on minimumniveau. Everyone has not been availed thereby, tradesmen and manufacturers in the last place. It is also well for an explosive increase of food banks, occur because with the conditions of Lissabon-verdrag by verpaupering of the workers in the west there more and more poor also without work recovers, because the felle competition employers lands and to this end forces.

The purchasing power taxpurchasing power tax has large advantages. , as it happens, that the a gestation of Europe has no negative impact on the labour market, on the incomes in East and in West, and there honest competition in the complete euro zone arises, as a result of which well-being remains pro rata of the regional economic development stable and positive develops. Onderbetaling, false competition and migration of jobs are this way partly reduced, because the local economies the purchasing power preserved which is necessary economically and tax well function to be able. The Treaty of Maastricht in that respect shortage has been shot seriously and brings with therefore unforeseen dangers with itself. For this reason the treaty of Lisbon is the worst conceivable scenario. The a gestation of East and West Germany is a clear example of the economic and social onbalans.

When the political decision-making will apply this balanced remuneration structure, which is needed according to the European directives total has been seen the treaties, then remain automatically Poland in Poland, the Bulgaren in Bulgaria, the Rumanians in Romania and the Turks in Turkey. The problem for minister Verdonk has been thus solved.

Gladly I learn a response which right does to here to brought up of you.

P.s. The main question is, for which asks the press no questions concerning this type matter; and does one (only) give to large politically parties all space to swing the country beautiful and well made up sprookjesverhaal by means of the media in? Is that importance tangle? Is that dependence of subsidy or advertisement budgets?? Or is that fear for its own career, or simply nonsense? Concerning the responsibility for the ontstaan and increasing the poverty and food banks you hear nearly nothing. And also not that migration of cheap employees from the east damages our purchasing power, and that the work moves to elsewhere in the new countries. The multinationals (that now NAFTA area between Mexico and the United States flees to China and India) to still cheaper labour, thus also Mitsubishi soon complete NedCar in Born will slam. Renault did that in Belgium some years suffered also. That type predictable luxations is not brought up in the reporting. But why not.??
